Randomness

Lots of little things going on right now but nothing real major...except for starting a "new" job tomorrow but it's really my "old" job so nothing to stress about. I am actually pretty excited about everything that is taking place concerning that.

Yesterday was fairly slow at the shop which gave me a lot of time to get some new pictures and information up on the store website. Lots of 2006 bicycles are on sale which means that the inventory is changing almost everyday so I am trying to stay on top of all of that. I am trying to clean up a few things as far as the layout goes too because flow is good when it comes to singletrack and websites as well.

Had one of the "little things" that I need to build up my Six13 in stock at the shop yesterday too. I needed a braze-on clamp for the Ultegra front derailleur that I have on the Salsa. The Salsa uses a 34.9mm clamp and the Six13 uses a 31.8mm clamp. I had just finished getting the information together to order one when Kerkove finds one in the inventory tray. Sweet!!! One less thing that I need to wait for. Hopefully I will have it together in the next week or so after the other parts show up. Woohoo!!!!! Once I get everything together there I am planning on making the road trip to La Crosse, WI to see my buddy Dirtram for a fitting. I do not have any major problems with my fit (I think) but I am interested in some peace of mind with it none the less.

Project Lemon-Lime is almost complete and should be posted soon here. Waiting on the front wheel yet for the completion. Pimpy ride.

My buddy Vinnie stopped over yesterday for a while since he's in the area visiting friends and family. Vinnie lives in Wisconsin and doesn't get back here too often but he definately gets some quality visits in while he is around. He is the one that originally got me hooked on mountain biking and taught me the basics of bike maintenance and mechanics. It's almost scary to think what I would be doing if I didn't know what I do now.

Nothing else to babble about at the moment.
