Gettin' in the groove
It seems like the 2006 season just ended and already the 2007 season seems to be swinging. G-Ted and Kerkove are hard at it getting everything together for Trans-Iowa V.3, Slade is working on getting some events together for the 2007 season, and Cam's busy getting the entire IMBCS series together for everyone's enjoyment. Casey and I have been getting some of the details worked out with the Boy Scout office and we should have the XC race at Ingawanis in full swing in the next few weeks. It's looking to be yet another great season of mountain bike racing in the state of Iowa. We have a bit more trail work to finish up here but I believe that the passion is burning strong locally and we will have no problem getting it all together for some great racing and riding.
Speaking of trail work, Squirrel has been hard at it with the Des Moines crew building up some sweet looking trails. That group of MTBers has always got something going on, truly motivating.
Ouachita-Challenge registration opens tomorrow and I am hoping to be able to participate in 2007. Sounds like a great time and Iowa tends to have a few riders that make the trip every year .
Some more pictures of the new Liquigas Cannondale SystemSix road machines. I love the bike and I love the colors. What else can I say? They're perfect.

Is there an extra 58cm in there somewhere?
