Group ride last night was fantastic. We held a nice 22-28mph tempo and focused on paceline riding really, basically just had some fun. There were a few sprints here and there but overall it was very friendly and mostly lowkey. Great ride, should do that once in a while.

I received a picture yesterday from the group ride last Tuesday. You'll notice the charter bus in the background....didn't realize that Blue was going on tour.



Huge day in the US today being Independence Day. Look it up, know what it's all about, it will do you some good to know some history.
